ARTIST'S AIR Purifier System

Artist's Air collects pastel dust and airborne chemicals at your easel and filters them from your studio environment.
The ARTIST'S AIR (50V) includes the following:
- Collection Unit: Collection box (30" wide, 4" deep, 10" high), lift bar, top screen, prefilter, easel strap, & 10 ft. (3 m.) flexible hose.
A suction shelf attaches to your easel's 1 1/2" tray. Place your canvas or work surface on top of the suction device (it has a grating). Fumes and harmful particles are drawn directly down into it! Fits any easel with a 1.5 inch bottom canvas holder
The air purifier sits about 8 to 10 feet away. A hose connects it to the suction filter which attaches to your bottom canvas holder with a velcro Strap. This suction tray is 30" wide.
There are three fan speeds. The highest produces about as much sound as a modern window fan.

Units are made in Maine and Quebec. The collection unit is made of galvanized steel and powder-coated to give it a durable flat black finish. Unlike painting, powder coating involves baking a dry pigment directly onto the steel. The filter unit likewise is constructed of steel and powder-coat finished. The connecting hose is made from very flexible, strong 6-inch wire-reinforced vinyl.

Artist's Air uses approximately as much electricity as a light bulb: 94 Watts maximum and only about 45 Watts on low.
You do not pay sales tax, if necessary we will pay the sales tax for you.

All working parts of ARTIST'S AIR are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. If any problem arises, please call or email us so that we can work with you for the most efficient solution.
ARTIST'S AIR systems Return Policy:
ARTIST'S AIR systems can be returned for any reason within fifteen days of delivery. We will reimburse the full purchase price. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any returns require a return authorization number first. Please contact us at admin@air-purifiers-usa.biz.

HOW THE FILTERS WORK
ARTIST'S AIR is constructed of durable steel with a flat black powder-coat finish. It uses a four-phase filtering system.
1) The pre-filter stops larger particles such as dust and lint from clogging the other filters.
2) The special Vocarb Carbon filter eliminates solvent vapors, gases, and odors. This filter has ten pounds (4.5 kg) of Vocarb activated carbon that traps gases and odors that pass over it and continues working for
many months before needing to be replaced. It will eliminate approximately 8 pints (4 liters) of solvent before it becomes less effective.
3) Two anti-microbial filters kill airborne microbes that pass through them.
4) The true HEPA filter traps airborne particles. These filters were developed by the Atomic Energy Commission. They can capture 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, including some bacteria and viruses.
How often do you have to change the filters?
• Artists will be able to tell when the VOC carbon filter is used up—the smells will not be taken away. Simple as that. A typical oil painter working full time in the studio should get one-three years out of one, depending on how much solvent they tend to use when painting.
• Clean the first prefilter (black, in the collection box) once a week.
• The pre-filter in the Air Purifier may be washed under warm water withour soap or vacuumed.
• HEPA filters should last 3 years or longer.
